Northern California Trip August 2016


          Here are some photos of our first two days in Northern California visiting some National Parks and other interesting places. Hope you enjoy. I don't have the time to write up a journal at this time so all you get are photos.

           We were glad we stopped at this rock pull off. As soon as we got out of the car we heard all kinds of birds making a racket. Sharon told me to come look at this bird and when I did it turned out to be a Northern Pygmy-Owl. This is only the second one that I've seen.
